About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a CI&T Flow team that builds AI-powered tools, prototypes, and solutions to help other teams validate hypotheses and deliver value quickly
Define the technical vision and architecture for solutions, balancing speed, quality, and sustainable evolution
Make trade-off decisions about whether to build, adapt, or discard solutions, and communicate those decisions to the team and stakeholders
Conduct code reviews, establish standards, and guide the team on best practices, including the use of AI in development
Turn business problems and hypotheses into functional prototypes and MVPs through short delivery and feedback cycles
Work with product and design teams to understand the real user problem before defining the solution
Adjust direction based on data and feedback, treating solutions as evolving hypotheses

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong software development experience
Proficiency in Python and/or Java and/or Node.js
Knowledge of a modern frontend framework, preferably React
Experience with solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments
Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI application development, including agents, RAG, and prompt engineering
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and engineering best practices
Preferred: experience with Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools
Preferred: certifications in Claude or other generative AI platforms
Preferred: experience with rapid prototyping, discovery, MVPs, or product and startup environments
Preferred: experience with MCP, skills, and AI agent orchestration
Preferred: prior experience with the CI&T Flow platform or similar platforms
Preferred: previous experience as a Tech Lead or Architect in multidisciplinary teams
