About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and document the software architecture for operational components and domains
  • Configure, provide context to, and evolve AI agents that participate in the development lifecycle
  • Create and maintain diagrams, technical documentation, and architecture decision records
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and patterns
  • Write and refine technical prompts for specification, code generation, testing, and documentation
  • Review and validate code produced by agents and developers
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation solutions
  • Manage the architecture backlog, including technical debt, improvements, and enhancements
  • Facilitate alignment, training, and documentation for the team
  • Collaborate with the Developer Master on the squad’s daily technical alignment
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to delivery refinement, planning, and reviews
  • Work in a strategic operation dedicated to a client in the financial sector

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in software architecture, with expertise in patterns such as microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, BFF, and API Gateway
  • Ability to design and clearly document technical solutions, producing diagrams and architecture decision records
  • Experience with AWS cloud, including best practices for deployment, scalability, and application security
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices applied to the software delivery lifecycle
  • Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines
  • Systems thinking to identify technical risks and propose solutions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Technical English proficiency for consuming technical documentation and writing instructional prompts for AI agents
  • Experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
  • Ability to establish architectural guardrails for the safe and efficient use of these tools
  • Familiarity with GenAI platforms focused on software engineering workflows
