About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Attract, select, and onboard professionals in accordance with the Human Development team’s guidelines
Manage the company’s recruitment and selection processes
Continuously identify new recruitment sources
Define candidate profiles with hiring managers
Screen resumes and invite candidates to participate in the selection process
Lead selection processes for all levels, from job opening through offer acceptance and closure
Analyze candidate data and prepare selection assessments
Deliver onboarding and code of conduct training
Monitor the onboarding process during employees’ first 30 days
Support competency mapping to improve talent management processes
