About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize the entire onboarding process, entering newly hired employees into the relevant systems
- Maintain contact with new employees
- Assist with other departmental processes to gain knowledge of HR operations
- Conduct screening and candidate outreach activities in support of the Talent Acquisition team
- Understand candidate profiles and use the Gupy and Pandapé platforms
- Track screening activities on the platforms
