About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map operational processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of automated workflows in Power Apps, Power Automate, and internal pipelines.
- Track automation execution, monitor failures, and support adjustments and improvements.
- Assist with the processing, validation, and organization of data that feeds the workflows.
- Document automations and processes in Confluence, including step-by-step instructions, review trails, and update dates.
- Contribute to workflow standardization and automation best practices.
- Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into process improvements.
- Participate in meetings, present delivery status updates, and share learnings with the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Students pursuing degrees in Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or Computer Science.
- Analytical and logical mindset, with the ability to understand processes and propose solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technology, data, and automation.
- Previous experience—even through academic work or personal projects—with automation, low-code tools, or data analysis is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, advanced Excel, or workflow tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming logic, Python, SQL, or APIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation tools such as Confluence and Notion is a plus.
