About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct ongoing process reviews to identify issues early and recommend solutions to business challenges
- Stay current on best practices and industry knowledge to identify process improvements
- Provide feedback and advice on projects to improve processes and resolve systematic issues
- Consider business needs and make practical recommendations for continuous improvement
- Lead projects and initiatives using process engineering methodologies and project management expertise
- Gather data, information, and stakeholder feedback to provide informed guidance
- Collaborate with the team and support problem resolution
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing a process strategy
- Use direct client feedback to improve the quality of key processes and enhance client experience and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current accreditation and good standing in Formal Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Concepts
- Experience in process engineering or a business-related function, such as operations, strategy development, organizational design, or information technology
- Experience with process engineering methodologies and project management
- Ability to work technology team hours, which may include evenings and weekends
- Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
- Valid work or study permit where applicable
- May be required to complete attribute-based assessments and skills tests, such as simulation, coding, or MS Office
