About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Attend the primary CIBC location within two hours upon request for outages, business-contingency planning, team meetings, celebrations, or events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada
  • Ability to work independently from home as an Agent@Home
  • Secure workspace in a room or office with a door that closes off noises and distractions
  • Wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Satellite internet service providers are prohibited
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Ability to navigate multiple software applications and dual monitors
  • Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, possess a valid work or study permit
  • May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment, skills test, simulation, coding test, or French proficiency test
