About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to help high-value clients secure their futures and establish their businesses
  • Provide administrative and client support to identify business growth opportunities
  • Build strong working relationships and contribute to clients’ financial success
  • Leverage knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to answer client questions and provide information
  • Partner with Financial Advisors to help clients meet their financial goals
  • Listen to clients, ask questions, take accountability for client issues, and identify solutions
  • Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules
  • Improve team productivity and proactively uncover business opportunities
  • Work on-site full-time at multiple banking centres as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
  • Valid work or study permit where applicable
  • Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance
  • Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection
  • Client service and customer experience skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills, including preparing client files, booking appointments, and maintaining schedules
  • Ability to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests where requested
