About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide expert consultation and coaching to front-line leaders and teams on client service processes, standards, and best practices
  • Support implementation and ongoing sustainment of the advisory planning model
  • Reinforce expectations, identify gaps, and help teams adopt effective routines and behaviours
  • Analyze service trends, team performance indicators, and client experience opportunities
  • Recommend improvement actions to senior management
  • Deliver guidance, support, and training on contact strategies and client relationship planning tools
  • Work with leadership and business partners on departmental planning, process milestones, and service initiatives
  • Build relationships across teams and connect people, resources, and networks to drive alignment and remove barriers
  • Help embed client-focused standards in everyday practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals
  • Experience coaching employees and inspiring successful team performance
  • Experience in client service coaching
  • Experience in advisory practice support
  • Experience in service process implementation
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Degree/diploma in business, finance, commerce, or a related field
  • Experience in wealth management, private banking, or a client relationship-focused financial services environment is an asset
  • Legally eligible to work at the specified location(s)
  • Valid work or study permit where applicable
  • May need to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests
