About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling with banking questions or requests
  • Manage client accounts and products and provide support
  • Deliver personalized, client-focused interactions and trusted advice
  • Listen to client needs, resolve problems, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Complete client requests efficiently using CIBC systems and product knowledge
  • Identify opportunities to connect clients with relevant banking products, solutions, and internal contacts
  • Leverage knowledge of CIBC’s product suite and internal departments to address additional client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada
  • Flexible to work Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and midnight, including evenings and weekends
  • Reside within a 2-hour radius of the CIBC Tower in Downtown Montreal (1155, Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest)
  • Ability to work independently from home with a secure workspace in a room or office with a closing door
  • Wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Satellite internet providers are prohibited
  • Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit
  • May be required to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests, including French proficiency testing
