About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and update the Code of Conduct, corporate policies, and internal procedures, ensuring their implementation and communication
  • Develop and maintain Cibra’s Integrity Program
  • Coordinate and support the management of the whistleblowing/ethics hotline, including screening, admissibility assessment, internal investigations, reporting, recommendations, and action plans
  • Plan and deliver compliance training, internal communications, and campaigns on ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and harassment
  • Structure and monitor integrity due diligence processes for suppliers, partners, service providers, and customers
  • Prepare executive materials and deliver presentations to committees and senior leadership
  • Support the Privacy Committee/DPO in maintaining the personal data governance program
  • Monitor Data Mapping activities and keep the record of processing activities up to date
  • Monitor legislative changes and applicable regulatory requirements for the agribusiness sector
  • Identify, assess, and monitor regulatory and compliance risks, developing mitigation plans
  • Ensure the governance and standardization of compliance, data protection, and regulatory policies, standards, and procedures
  • Prepare KPIs, whistleblowing hotline metrics, and reports for the Executive Board and Audit Committee
  • Serve as the technical lead for the area, provide guidance to the team, and contribute to process improvements and the department’s development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, targets, budgeting, and the management of materials, information, and documents
  • Collaborate with Legal, Internal Audit, Operations, and Corporate Security
  • Perform other related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Controllership, Economics, or a related field
  • Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Digital Law, or Risk Management
  • At least 6 years of experience in corporate risk, Compliance, or Governance
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Thorough knowledge of Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law No. 12,846/2013 and Decree No. 11,129/2022
  • Experience screening and investigating reports, conducting investigative interviews, and preparing final investigation reports
  • Experience investigating harassment, fraud, or misconduct cases
  • Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Action plan management
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis proficiency
