Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
Manage full month-end close, including accruals, reclasses, journal entries, and reconciliations
Review resident billing, rent rolls, census, and revenue for accuracy
Oversee accounts payable coding and monitor spending versus budget
Support ownership reporting, lender requirements, and audit processes
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of financial data across assigned senior living communities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
3–5+ years of property accounting experience; senior living preferred
Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience
Advanced Excel skills
Yardi, PCC, QuickBooks or similar experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Analytical thinking
Accountability and ownership
Strong communication skills
