About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute complex design initiatives spanning multiple product areas
- Analyze user needs and business requirements, including context, pain points, and workflows
- Audit existing products, identify improvement areas, and drive iterative updates
- Maintain and evolve cross-portfolio UX guidelines for a unified and scalable user experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Product or User Experience Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
- Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively
- Strong visual design skills, with a background in iconography, typography, and motion design
- Experience building design systems and maintaining a design language across multiple products
