About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and support the Integrated Planning cycle by preparing and updating the monthly cycle calendar and materials
- Consolidate information from participating departments and conduct demand, operations, and supply analyses
- Prepare inputs for meetings and support the consolidation of the integrated plan
- Consolidate and analyze sales forecasts, identifying trends, seasonality, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Assess alignment between forecast and actual demand and support the identification of key variance drivers
- Consolidate data on production capacity, resources, production, inventory, procurement, and logistics
- Identify constraints, bottlenecks, and service risks; develop scenarios and allocation alternatives
- Develop dashboards, presentations, analyses, and studies to support decision-making
- Document decisions, follow up on action plans, and monitor the progress of defined topics
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and propose improvement actions
- Structure and enhance planning models, reports, dashboards, and tools
- Foster integration among Sales, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Industrial Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, methods, systems, KPIs, and planning models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with S&OP and S&OE processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic English proficiency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic vision
