Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the company’s performance by analyzing indicators, results, and KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and growth drivers.
Conduct market studies, track industry trends, and map competitors, identifying business risks and opportunities.
Develop long-term strategic plans and analyses, supporting the definition of company priorities and strategic direction.
Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for relevant projects, particularly expansion initiatives.
Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions and strategic direction.
Analyze and monitor the company’s footprint, contributing to the assessment of its operational presence and configuration.
Structure and enhance methodologies for monitoring the market, competition, and business performance.
Collaborate with areas such as Industrial Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to collect, consolidate, and analyze information supporting these studies.
Prepare reports, executive presentations, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
Influence strategic decisions through robust analyses, reliable data, and scenario assessments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Knowledge of performance indicator (KPI) analysis.
Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
PowerPoint proficiency for preparing executive presentations.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Experience in Pricing, Integrated Planning (S&OP/S&OE), Market Intelligence, Industrial Operations, or Logistics.
Experience preparing economic and financial feasibility studies, market analyses, and strategic plans.
Experience analyzing operational and financial performance.
Strategic and business acumen.
Analytical thinking.
Communication and influencing skills.
