About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create final AI video elements for broadcast and digital productions
Generate assets, stills, and video sequences using Runway, Seedance, Kling, ComfyUI, LTX, Wan, and open-source models
Own the creative process from prompt to polished, delivery-ready files
Interpret briefs and iterate with the Creative Technologist and producers
Translate written briefs into dynamic, cinematic shots and sequences using camera, lighting, character, and scene-action knowledge
Build or adapt simple 3D scenes in Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal, or similar tools to guide generation
Operate, extend, troubleshoot, and maintain AI pipelines and integrate new models
Maintain character, location, and visual-style consistency across episodes using reference systems, prompt libraries, and LoRAs
Perform technical QC for resolution, frame rate, codecs, and colour, and prepare footage for editorial handoff
Collaborate with the Creative Technologist on shot approaches, model selection, regeneration, and 3D workflows
Document workflows, support provenance and substantial-alteration standards, and work within broadcaster and legal AI requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional production experience in film, television, commercials, or digital content
Extensive hands-on experience with AI video generation, demonstrated in a reel
Strong working knowledge of current video models, including Runway, Seedance, and open-source models
Understanding of 3D-to-AI workflows using depth, geometry, or camera data
Experience building and maintaining AI pipelines and logical workflows using AI agents
Strong eye for story, timing, composition, and continuity
Working knowledge of Premiere, Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools
Clear, reliable communication and ability to work under tight deadlines
Required reel demonstrating AI-generated video work created by the applicant
Short breakdown of one or two portfolio pieces explaining models, tools, and workflow
Credits or examples from professional production work
Nice to have: AI agent automation, VFX, animation, compositing, LoRA training, local AI models, or GPU environments
