About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and maintain the motivation of on-site and remote teams
  • Apply a systemic view to infrastructure and maintenance processes
  • Ensure the technical and operational functionality of equipment and systems at Cinemark theaters
  • Provide technical training for the team when necessary
  • Identify and promote cost-reduction opportunities
  • Prepare and monitor monthly and quarterly regional reports, including financial information and completed services
  • Use and improve information technology platforms and methods to integrate and manage contracted service processes
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including performance measurement
  • Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Perform corrective maintenance in urgent situations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; all specializations will be considered
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Power BI
