About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the accounting department
Monitor and develop department-related KPIs
Provide direct support on matters relevant to mid-level and senior accounting analysts
Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, including tax credits and fixed assets
Record documents in the accounting system
Reconcile accounts between fixed assets and the general ledger
Support external audits
Support other departments in asset control
Tag newly acquired fixed assets
Control ongoing capital investment orders
Prepare tracking reports and charts related to the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
Advanced Excel proficiency
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of financial statements
Knowledge of fixed assets and CIAP (Control of ICMS Credits on Fixed Assets)
Basic English proficiency (preferred)
Knowledge of SAP AA (Asset Accounting) and FI (Financial Accounting) modules (preferred)
Knowledge of accounting entries and income determination (preferred)
Knowledge of accounting and accounting principles (preferred)
Knowledge of accounting standards (preferred)
