About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the department’s operations by providing detailed knowledge of processes, activities, and business rules.
  • Ensure the mapping, documentation, and validation of AS IS and TO BE processes.
  • Support the definition and validation of functional requirements for the assigned process.
  • Contribute to the identification of risks, impacts, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support data migration, build and validate master data, and cleanse information when applicable.
  • Define the budgeting model, forecasting model, planning model, financial drivers, and financial KPIs.
  • Validate management reports, management closing, cost and profit center structures, and FI/CO integration.
  • Participate in defining the CO model and support the definition of the Universal Journal.
  • Execute testing and approve FP&A processes.
  • Support Hypercare activities.
  • Share knowledge by supporting the training and guidance of end users.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience as an SAP Key User in FP&A and finance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP CO, SAP Analytics, financial planning, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and budgeting is preferred.
  • Experience with budget projections, including annual budgeting and in-year revisions.
  • Experience conducting monthly results analyses and identifying variances in income statement accounts by cost center.
  • Experience mapping and controlling fixed and variable manufacturing costs and expenses.
  • Experience structuring Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Experience conducting financial evaluations of Capex investment projects, including IRR, NPV, and payback period analyses, as well as management control of expenditures.
  • Experience with SAP CO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics, Predictive Analytics, financial planning, cost accounting, profitability analysis, budgeting, Clean Core, Fit-to-Standard, SAP Activate, and Cloud ALM is preferred.
