About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible UI and UX solutions across multiple products and platforms
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product vision, prioritize opportunities, and deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences
  • Lead the evolution and adoption of the design system, including components, patterns, and documentation
  • Translate user needs, business objectives, research insights, and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas and validate concepts
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, analytics, and other data sources to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
  • Design and evaluate AI-powered experiences, automation workflows, and data-driven features
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Mentor teammates and share design frameworks, best practices, and processes
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform customer needs and technical requirements into user-centered solutions
  • Help define product strategy, solve complex UX challenges, and ensure consistency across products and platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product and workflow design
  • Experience building, scaling, or contributing to an enterprise-level design system
  • Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
  • Experience leading projects from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Advanced proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
  • Experience with AI-driven features or workflows, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into usable, ethical, and intuitive experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and WCAG-compliant best practices
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React is a plus
