About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide adult-only family/internal medicine primary care through telemedicine
- Build and maintain patient empanelment and continuity of care
- Conduct two-way video-audio appointments lasting 15 to 30 minutes
- Diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
- Set recurring schedules across available days, including evenings and weekends
- Coordinate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical team
- Provide required in-person patient visits once a year
- Focus on patient care while the practice supports insurance coverage understanding and follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in the United States
- Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in Georgia
- Valid Georgia DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
- At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred
- Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions
- Able to see patients in-person once a year
- A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2021 is required
- High degree of technical skill utilizing software
- Open mind to fast-paced improvements driven by product and engineering teams
