About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the operational continuity, performance, availability, security, and evolution of the internal application information system
Administer internal applications and ensure their operational continuity
Maintain and update the application landscape map
Manage the application life cycle: deployment, evolution, updates, and retirement
Manage access rights, authorizations, and user profiles through Active Directory, SSO, and LDAP
Monitor application availability, performance, security, and compliance
Configure and enhance applications according to business needs
Participate in the integration and interfacing of internal and external applications
Manage Level 2 functional incidents and requests
Escalate Level 3 incidents and coordinate their resolution with the project delivery team or software vendor
Ensure service quality for users
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with the business project owner
Advise business departments and propose suitable solutions
Participate in user acceptance testing: drafting test plans, executing tests, and validating deliverables
Contribute to deployment, migration, and version upgrade projects
Train users and prepare training materials and user guides
Participate in change management during application enhancements
Write and maintain technical and functional documentation
Document operational and administration procedures
Monitor technological developments in application solutions
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose optimizations
Act as the interface between business project owners and the project delivery team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Good understanding of business processes
Application administration (configuration, authorization management, workflows) and functional application configuration
Knowledge of application architectures (client/server, Web, SaaS)
Proficiency with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Proficiency in querying and data extraction
Knowledge of application integration and APIs
Identity and access management (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO)
Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
Knowledge of application deployment and packaging
Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools, particularly Excel
Cybersecurity skills
ITIL methodology and project management experience are a plus
Strong listening and training skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and technical curiosity
Experience working with software vendors and service providers is preferred
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
