About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the roadmap for Cloud services and products, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of Ciril GROUP Cloud
Gather and analyze the needs of customers, sales teams, and technical teams in order to prioritize them and feed the backlog
Participate in the design and evolution of offerings with infrastructure, hosting, security, operations, and Cloud teams
Contribute to presales activities, including needs qualification, responses to tenders, presentations, demonstrations, prototypes, and technical support for sales teams
Define acceptance criteria and ensure the functional quality of services and products in collaboration with technical and QA teams
Monitor technological and competitive developments in the Cloud, hosting, and infrastructure markets
Support internal teams in adopting new offerings and features and contribute to promoting them to customers and prospects
Understand customers’ technical challenges, translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to developing tailored solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering degree, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in Cloud, infrastructure, or hosting environments
Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and Cloud technologies
Good understanding of Cloud architectures, infrastructure, hosting, and technical environments
Experience or strong interest in presales and customer relations
Ability to understand business or technical needs and translate them into solutions and product enhancements
Ability to work with both technical and sales stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with cross-functional teams
Professional proficiency in English
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
