About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop business features in line with roadmaps and sprints
Design, develop, and test as part of the team’s Agile ceremonies
Provide expertise and a fresh perspective to colleagues in a functionally oriented environment
Collaborate daily with technical teams, Product Owners, and Customer Service
Contribute to the development of Ciril GROUP’s Civil Finances Public Sector ERP suite for local authorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or formal training in computer science or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Java design and development experience
Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, with a focus on query performance
Proficiency in a proprietary framework and Quarkus
Strong interest in functional and business requirements
Knowledge of C is a plus
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
