About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify potential improvements and enhancement requests submitted by clients
Draft requirements specifications and functional specifications
Define test plans and automate testing for new developments and existing functionality
Ensure regression testing
Monitor regulatory developments
Incorporate applicable legislation, decrees, and circulars
Contribute to the Agile organization of Development teams
Participate in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and end-of-sprint demonstrations
Present new features to Development teams
Collaborate daily with Development, Product Marketing, Sales Management, and User Support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Specialized training in Public Finance
At least 5 years of experience working for a software publisher or directly within a public-sector organization
Good knowledge of public-sector accounting
Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
Self-motivated, organized, and interpersonal skills
Compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework governing the use of AI tools
