About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify potential improvements and enhancement requests submitted by clients
Draft requirements specifications and functional specifications
Define test plans and automate testing for new developments and existing functionality to ensure non-regression
Monitor regulatory developments
Incorporate applicable legislative provisions, decrees, and circulars
Contribute to the Agile organization of Development teams
Present new features during refinement sessions, sprint planning, and end-of-sprint demonstrations
Work closely on a daily basis with Development, Product Marketing, Sales Management, and User Support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Specialized degree or training in Public Finance
At least 5 years’ experience at a software publisher in a similar role, or directly within a local authority
Strong knowledge of public-sector accounting
Strong analytical, summarization, and writing skills
Self-motivated, organized, and people-oriented
Experience using AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
