About the role

Design, develop, and test as part of the team’s Agile ceremonies
Provide expertise and a fresh perspective to colleagues in a functionally oriented environment
Collaborate daily with technical teams, Product Owners, and Customer Service
Join the team responsible for developing the Civil Human Resources HRIS product suite for local authorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or training in computer science or IT
At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role
Design and development in Java (Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven)
Design and development in PHP using the Symfony PHP framework
Oracle or other database technologies
A strong focus on query performance
Interest in functional requirements and business processes
Knowledge of C is a plus
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
