About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify potential improvements and enhancement requests submitted by clients
Draft requirements specifications and functional specifications
Define test plans and automate testing for new enhancements and existing functionality to ensure non-regression
Monitor regulatory developments and incorporate applicable legislative provisions, decrees, and circulars
Participate in the Agile organization of Development teams: refinement sessions, sprint planning, and end-of-sprint demonstrations
Present new features to Development teams
Collaborate with Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and User Support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or specialized training in Public Finance
At least 5 years of experience with a software vendor or directly within a public-sector organization
Strong knowledge of public-sector accounting
Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
Autonomous, organized, and people-oriented
Compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework governing the use of AI tools
