About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify potential improvements and enhancement requests submitted by clients
- Draft requirements specifications and functional specifications
- Define test plans and automate testing for new enhancements and existing functionality to ensure non-regression
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Incorporate applicable legislation, decrees, and circulars
- Participate in the Agile organization of Development teams, including refinement sessions, Sprint planning, and end-of-Sprint demonstrations
- Present new features to Development teams
- Collaborate daily with Development, Product Marketing, Sales Management, and User Support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Specialized training in Public Finance
- At least 5 years of experience with a software publisher or directly within a public-sector organization
- Strong knowledge of public-sector accounting
- Analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills
- Independence, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
