About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in functional analysis related to CMMS
  • Ensure backlog quality in accordance with the SMART methodology and monitor Agile cycles
  • Design, develop, and automate unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
  • Maintain the test knowledge base and formalize quality best practices
  • Conduct acceptance testing for CMMS features
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate deployments using IaC tools across test, staging, and production environments
  • Containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes and oversee their orchestration
  • Resolve deployment or integration issues with DevOps teams
  • Improve delivery quality metrics
  • Industrialize test environments
  • Document DevOps processes according to the Diátaxis methodology
  • Promote a DevOps and Quality culture across teams
  • Participate in the internal Quality community and contribute to technology decisions related to operations
  • Analyze and present quality metrics to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or formal training in computer science, software quality, or DevOps
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in test automation (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of testing strategies (test pyramid, TDD/BDD)
  • Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (Helm and Argo CD are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Bash, Python, or TypeScript
  • Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach in a DevOps environment
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Ability to train teams in QA/DevOps best practices
  • Technically curious and eager to learn
  • Preferred certifications: ISTQB, Docker Certified Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or an equivalent DevOps certification
  • Compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework governing the use of AI tools
