About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in functional analysis to understand the needs and challenges associated with the products being developed
Ensure the backlog content is documented to a high standard in accordance with the SMART methodology, in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)
Ensure agile production cycles are monitored in collaboration with the PO and Development Manager
Ensure the quality of software test environments by providing testable versions and data
Maintain and formalize the test knowledge base
Ensure the extensions used to test and validate SDKs are fit for purpose, with documented code examples and testable data
Design, code, and automate tests using the Data-Driven Testing approach at all levels of the test pyramid
Design, code, and monitor the execution of automated tests with the DevOps team
Contribute to functional and technical documentation in accordance with the Diátaxis methodology
Formalize methods and best practices to ensure the quality, testability, performance, accessibility, and security of software products
Formalize and present software production quality indicators with the PO and Development Manager
Promote a quality culture across teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and DevOps teams on technology choices and operational constraints
Participate in the internal Quality community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or training in computer science or software quality
5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong technical skills in programming and DevOps
Strong organizational and writing skills
Ability to work as part of a team in an agile environment and play a key role in these cycles
Proven experience in a similar position
ISTQB certification would be an advantage
Compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework when using AI tools
Strong communication skills
