About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the design and integration of AI features into Ciril GROUP’s products
- Provide technical leadership for AI projects
- Support the professional development of junior colleagues
- Promote the adoption of AI best practices across teams
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, automated regression testing, and code analysis
- Write technical documentation
- Ensure the quality and reproducibility of development work
- Collaborate with technical, product marketing, and DevOps teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related scientific field (BAC+5 equivalent)
- At least 5 years of development experience in a similar role
- Education, experience, or a strong interest in AI is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the complete AI model lifecycle, from prototyping to production
- Ability to analyze a problem and identify the most effective solutions
- Ability to conduct and share technology watch activities and state-of-the-art reviews on specialized topics
- Strong API development skills and knowledge of MCP
- Experience with LLMs
- Knowledge of RAG and agentic architectures, and of LangChain or equivalent frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Foundational knowledge of MLOps
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework governing the use of AI tools
