About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the design and development of the Ciril GROUP software platform
- Design and develop software features integrating AI models and services
- Turn prototypes or business requirements into reliable, testable solutions ready for production
- Develop according to rigorous quality standards, from writing code through to automated regression testing
- Integrate developments with components and solutions from other teams across the company
- Innovate to enhance software with cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate daily with the product, GIS platform, and new business product teams
- Participate in a recruitment process including HR and technical discussions, a technical assessment, and a final interview
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or training in computer science
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong software design and development skills
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Quarkus
- Knowledge of OpenID and Keycloak
- Knowledge of Docker
- Interest in DevOps, particularly Git, Jenkins, Sonar, and Jira
- Interest in AI, particularly LLMs
- Knowledge of RAG and/or agentic architectures
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain
- Compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework governing the use of AI tools
