About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver in-person and remote training to clients on the CIVIL Public Finance product range
Contribute to the implementation of solutions acquired by clients
Analyze client needs and contribute to their implementation
Configure the selected solutions and ensure their successful deployment
Support solution operations and audit their use
Provide technical and functional support services to clients
Participate in testing new modules and releases
Qualify, document, and report bugs, then monitor their resolution
Draft implementation procedures
Review and update training materials, user guides, and functional documentation
Participate in drafting specifications
Identify improvement opportunities following incident resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or diploma in computer science or a related technical field (BTS, DUT, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Engineering degree, etc.)
At least 5 years of successful experience in the finance department of a local authority, or in support/training for a software vendor specializing in public finance
Ability to analyze and understand client needs
Skills in software configuration and implementation
Technical and functional support skills
Use of AI tools in compliance with Ciril GROUP’s regulatory framework
Regular travel required
