About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead digital media strategy for Cirque du Soleil's Americas Resident Shows portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop Digital Marketing Managers
- Set expectations, assign show portfolios, manage workload, and ensure consistent performance across markets
- Own digital media planning, multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, pacing, and allocation recommendations
- Establish standards for paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video, and emerging channels
- Review campaign structure, bidding, targeting, audience strategy, creative rotation, and optimization decisions
- Build testing roadmaps for creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, audience segmentation, bidding, and channel mix
- Analyze campaign, website, ticketing, and sales performance to improve revenue, conversion, and marketing efficiency
- Strengthen measurement and reporting across platforms, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, pixels, attribution, and conversion tracking
- Partner with marketing, CRM, Social Media, Communications, Creative, Revenue Management, Ticketing, agencies, and Sales teams
- Lead relationships with media agencies, platform partners, and vendors
- Develop annual digital plans, performance forecasts, executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations
- Communicate performance, risks, opportunities, insights, and next steps to teams and leadership
- Evaluate emerging platforms, privacy changes, automation, AI solutions, and industry developments
- Create scalable processes, documentation, operating rhythms, governance, and quality-control practices; lead special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 8 years of progressive digital or performance marketing experience
- At least 3 years leading people, agencies, or a multi-brand digital media function
- Expertise in paid search, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Expertise in paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar digital media budgets
- Experience making investment decisions based on ticket sales, revenue, conversion, and return on ad spend
- Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, pixels, attribution, audience segmentation, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment
- Leadership, presentation, stakeholder-management, project-management, and communication skills
- Experience influencing agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple shows, markets, and deadlines under pressure
- Must reside in, or be able to relocate without assistance to, Las Vegas, Nevada
- Available to travel regularly to supported markets, including Orlando and Hawai'i
- Must have the right to work in the United States, verified through Form I-9 and acceptable identity and work-authorization documentation
