Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in an MS or PhD program in Electrical Engineering
- Pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- GPA of 3.5 or above
- Must return to school for at least one semester after completing the internship
- Available for full-time employment during the internship
- Embedded firmware development experience or coursework
- Python 3.x programming experience
- Experience developing bare-metal firmware for ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V processors
- Experience with Git
- Familiarity with CI systems such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Experience using Python to automate software build and test processes
- Must be based within commuting distance of the work location or willing to relocate before the internship
- Must be able to access technical data without requiring an export license
- Cirrus Logic cannot sponsor or obtain export licenses for this role
