About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Pull materials, pack shipments, palletize large items, and schedule freight pickups
  • Process inventory transactions using the Epicor ERP system
  • Load packages onto UPS trucks at the end of the day
  • Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and warehouse area
  • Assist with inventory counts, labeling, and cycle counting
  • Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Pack and ship defective parts back to suppliers
  • Support receiving, put-away, part delivery to assembly lines, and picking assembly carts
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in warehouse shipping and/or receiving
  • Forklift experience or ability to become certified within 4 weeks of hire
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English
  • Dependable, self-motivated team player with attention to detail
  • Commitment to following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, walking, and standing
  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions with exposure to heat, cold, dust, fumes, and occasional outdoor weather
