About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of digital services (websites, apps, extranet, CRM)
  • Help improve B2C and B2B user journeys
  • Manage platform content and operations, including content updates, CMS administration, and database management
  • Contribute to the implementation of acquisition and retention strategies
  • Support the rollout of campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEA, partnerships, and contests
  • Help create marketing materials, including landing pages, promotional kits, and digital content
  • Track KPIs for initiatives undertaken
  • Contribute to campaign and digital tool performance reporting
  • Manage user requests and provide first-level support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies
  • Work on a variety of projects with cross-functional teams and external service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a four- or five-year degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Ideally, some initial professional experience through an internship or work-study placement
  • Curious, proactive, and able to make constructive suggestions
  • Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing
  • Organized, with strong summarization and synthesis skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Proficient in or familiar with office productivity tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in or familiar with digital tools, including WordPress and email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Miro, or desktop publishing software is a plus
  • Knowledge of web analytics fundamentals is a plus
