About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research, conceive, develop, and run national and global campaigns.
  • Monitor local and global events to identify timely campaign opportunities.
  • Consult experts and support strategy, policy, and messaging development.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit campaign emails and marketing communications.
  • Draft and edit AI prompts for emails and other written materials.
  • Identify supporting materials from press, NGOs, and credible sources.
  • Email supporters about campaigns and results.
  • Propose and coordinate offline actions, including advertising and public petition deliveries.
  • Coordinate Polish-language materials, briefings, press releases, and research documents.
  • Participate in public speaking and media activities.
  • Build connections with influencers, journalists, and activists on social media.
  • Translate global campaigns and emails from English into Polish.
  • Manage member correspondence, polling, and feedback processes.
  • Support organizational strategy, recruitment, team building, management, and special projects.
  • Establish coalitions with like-minded organizations.
  • Advise Media Campaigners on offline events and performances and take ownership of actions when needed.
  • Review, manage, and support member petitions on the CitizenGO Petitions website.
  • Monitor website functionality and Polish-language accuracy.
  • Train and support a Campaign Associate, organize list strategy, and enhance growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Build AI workflows and manage AI Agents to multiply output and quality.
  • Report to the Manager of Global Campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Poland.
  • Polish as a first language.
  • Availability to travel for offlines (on-site events) once a month.
  • At least B2-level proficiency in English; Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100.
  • Spanish and other languages are a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools, with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new ones.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze socio-political scenarios, develop complex ideas, and communicate them clearly.
  • Solid understanding of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.
  • Passion for defending life, family, and freedom.
  • High professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and results-oriented delivery, including on short timelines.
  • Strong teamwork skills and comfort in a highly collaborative, hierarchical team structure.
  • Strong project and staff management skills.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously on varied tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Proactive approach and initiative.
  • Strong user-level computer skills.
  • Google Workspace experience preferred.
  • CRM and project management tool proficiency is an asset.
  • Flexible schedule and availability for evening and weekend work and occasional travel.
  • Previous copywriting and marketing content experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency using AI tools to generate emails, communications, and written materials is an asset.
