About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, periodically review, and deliver tax compliance and planning services for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, charitable entities, and closely held businesses
  • Leverage technology-enabled platforms and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery
  • Ensure work is technically accurate, meets internal service-level expectations, and aligns with clients’ tax and wealth-planning objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with wealth-management advisors and clients
  • Participate in planning discussions and address tax-related inquiries
  • Coordinate engagement execution with onshore and offshore resources, digital workflows, and automation tools
  • Own assigned engagements from planning through completion
  • Partner with tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory professionals to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Contribute to alliance-practice growth through client service, advisor-relationship expansion, identifying service opportunities, process improvements, and business-development initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5+ years of progressive public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
  • Master’s in taxation preferred
  • CPA, JD, or EA eligible preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws, including corporate, individual, trust, gift, and partnership taxation
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive high-quality results
  • Proficiency with CCH Axcess, Sureprep, BNA Income Tax Planner, CCH AnswerConnect, RIA Checkpoint, and XCM
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a plus
