About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in a 10-week, full-time summer banking internship
  • Complete structured orientation covering banking systems, credit policy, compliance, and BSA/AML fundamentals
  • Work alongside experienced bankers on meaningful projects
  • Receive hands-on mentorship from senior bankers and a peer mentor
  • Credit Track: gain exposure to borrower financials, financial spreading, covenant testing, credit memorandums, portfolio monitoring, and live credit opportunities
  • Sales Track: gain exposure to sales strategy, prospecting, client needs, and the end-to-end banking cycle across real estate, private, commercial, and corporate banking
  • Receive a readiness assessment from senior management at the close of the program
  • Potentially transition to a full-time opportunity as a top performer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Able to commit to the full 10-week, in-person program
  • Demonstrated interest in credit analysis, sales, or relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excel fundamentals, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
  • Strong business writing, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and bring forward big ideas
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity using sound judgment
  • Ability to build momentum through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to excellence
  • Open to seniors and rising seniors
  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred
