About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Treasury Management Sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide treasury solutions to prospects and existing clients
  • Prepare proposals and implement products and services
  • Examine internal client data and external third-party data to improve revenue generation
  • Improve operational performance through data analysis
  • Perform operations functions related to treasury service offerings, including daily functions and implementation
  • Support new and existing bank clients with service requests, inquiries, and technical issues related to bank and treasury management services
  • Maintain the department Pitch Book
  • Manage the Treasury Management pipeline
  • Prepare routine monthly and one-off reporting
  • Review waiver and/or exception pricing
  • Prepare and manage Relationship Reviews
  • Conduct profitability and cost analysis and build the pricing database
  • Assist with Treasury Management sales opportunities
  • Maintain the Treasury Management Contact Management Sheet
  • Research, design, and facilitate implementation of new products and services
  • Evaluate and analyze data attributes and develop processes to improve operational performance while adhering to department policies and procedures
  • Perform client analysis and contribute to proposal generation with Treasury Sales Officers
  • Resolve client issues promptly by applying established procedures and escalating as needed
  • Support marketing efforts for Treasury Management products and solutions under leadership direction
  • Educate bank officers regarding department products
  • Partner with Treasury Sales Officers to propose and implement Treasury Management solutions for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking or a related financial services field, involving client support and operational processes under established guidelines
  • Exposure to treasury management functions or cash management products preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using banking systems and technology platforms
  • Applied knowledge of cash management products and competitor offerings
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management
  • Working knowledge of bank and treasury management products and service offerings
  • Good time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
