About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and maintain the overall game system infrastructure and live-service health of Camelot Unchained
- Own the continuous integration and deployment pipeline
- Add functionality, investigate broken or stalled jobs, and improve and extend automation
- Own LiveOps monitoring and alerting
- Ensure health coverage on critical systems and maintain and refine alerts
- Own Infrastructure as Code, provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure to support team efforts
- Support bug, performance, and crash investigations by auditing crash dumps, logs, and metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiarity with Linux and Windows administration
- Experience customizing and deploying container images to multiple environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins is a bonus
- Experience with source control; GitLab is a bonus
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and techniques; Terraform is a bonus
- Familiarity with C#, C++, PowerShell, and JavaScript
- Experience with metrics servers; Graphite, Grafana, and Prometheus are bonuses
- Experience with cloud services; GCP is a bonus
- Bonus experience with MongoDB
- Bonus experience with PostgreSQL
- Bonus experience with Zookeeper
- Bonus experience with Etcd
- Bonus experience with certificate management
- Bonus experience managing VPNs and strongSwan
- Bonus experience with Active Directory
