About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze current-state business and engineering processes
- Develop future-state process models and improvement recommendations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
- Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements
- Develop process flows, use cases, and business architecture artifacts
- Identify business value, success metrics, and performance indicators
- Support process reengineering and organizational transformation efforts
- Develop documentation supporting business decisions and modernization initiatives
- Assist with pilot programs and user adoption strategies
- Support roadmap planning and capability assessments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of business process analysis or process engineering experience
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Experience developing process maps and business workflows
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- CBAP certification preferred
- PMI-PBA certification preferred
- SAFe Agilist certification preferred
- BPM certification preferred
- Experience with product development processes preferred
- Experience with engineering change management preferred
- Experience with manufacturing operations preferred
- Experience with supply chain planning preferred
- Experience with maintenance and sustainment processes preferred
- Experience with Digital Engineering initiatives preferred
- Experience with MBSE environments preferred
- Experience with Windchill, SAP, ARIS, Signavio, Visio, Jira, and Confluence preferred
