About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll
  • Complete financial statements during month-end processing
  • Coordinate and complete account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals

What you’ll need
  • Accounting and financial experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge and skills relevant to accounting and financial operations
