About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform detail work for audits, reviews, some compilations, and other assurance services
  • Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance
  • Build detailed reports on audit findings
  • Support multiple client engagements of varying size and complexity
  • Communicate progress and audit results to supervisors
  • Complete assigned portions of engagements accurately and within tight time frames
  • Interact with clients to gather information and ensure timely engagement wrap-up
  • Audit complex areas and transactions
  • Prepare financial statements and related reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable)
  • Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred
  • Ability to support multiple client engagements of varying size and complexity on time and within budget
  • Ability to communicate progress and audit results to supervisors
  • Ability to complete assigned engagement portions consistently and accurately within tight time frames
  • Ability to proactively interact and communicate with clients to gather information
