About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high-level client service through positive interactions with clients in multiple industries, CLA staff, and external entities
  • Demonstrate awareness and understanding of clients’ technical environments and business processes
  • Review controls relevant to businesses, networks, security devices, servers, and end-user computing devices
  • Document supporting audit evidence in alignment with firm standards
  • Identify key risks and mitigating controls
  • Communicate project status and issues requiring immediate attention to appropriate team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems strongly preferred
  • Working to obtain CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC and/or CISSP certification preferred
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel to client sites
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week
  • Anticipated availability from June 2027 through August 2027
