About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create customized financial models or work with pre-prepared templates for valuation and litigation assignments
  • Prepare historical financial statement summaries
  • Perform financial statement and comparable company financial analysis
  • Modify and update valuation and other templates
  • Collect appropriate data from internal and external sources, including clients, for valuation or litigation work
  • Research economic, industry, and market trends impacting the entity being analyzed
  • Review, analyze, and interpret data from secondary sources, including S&P Capital IQ and government and publicly available websites
  • Prepare written valuation and litigation reports for clients
  • Work closely with Lead Analysts to deliver work product timely and accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel to client sites
