About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead digital M&A, integration, and carve-out initiatives
Provide strategic advisory, program leadership, and IT due diligence support throughout the transaction lifecycle
Engage with clients on M&A integration and carve-out program challenges
Lead IT diligence activities, including data room reviews, diligence calls, request lists, and integration and separation strategies
Develop diligence reports, transition services recommendations, and deal-related deliverables
Provide manufacturing and distribution industry expertise for integration and separation planning
Lead end-to-end digital initiative delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
Establish project governance, integrated plans, schedules, resource strategies, and risk management frameworks
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
Monitor project health and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
Manage and develop project managers through coaching, performance management, and professional development
Lead cross-functional teams and governance forums
Build trusted relationships with clients, leadership, vendors, advisors, and stakeholders
Facilitate governance meetings and deliver status reporting and executive updates
Manage engagement budgets, forecasts, margins, resource utilization, and project economics
Support organizational readiness, adoption, and business outcomes through change management
Improve delivery methodologies, tools, standards, collaboration practices, consistency, quality, scalability, and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree is required
Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
Project Management Institute, Agile, and/or Scrum certification(s) preferred
Significant travel required (>50%)
No certifications or licenses required
