About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain solution architecture standards and frameworks
- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned with firm priorities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps and forecast emerging trends
- Embed architecture principles in enterprise planning and governance processes
- Serve as the primary liaison between firm leaders and technical teams on mission-critical projects
- Translate business requirements into high-level technical designs and system guidelines
- Design and oversee implementation of solution architectures
- Architect data pipelines supporting advanced analytics and data-driven solutions
- Provide guidance and oversight to technical teams during design and implementation
- Review technology initiatives for alignment with architecture principles and recommend improvements
- Maintain documentation for architectural initiatives and governance processes
- Champion best practices and enforce architecture standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and standards
- Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions
- Proficiency in building data pipelines and enabling analytics solutions
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and hybrid architectures
- Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and API design
- Understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to enforce standards and produce clear architectural documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
